Everything you need to know about processing, shipping, tracking, and receiving your That Girl Luxury order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before leaving That Girl Luxury. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping time begins after processing and once your package has been accepted by the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
LOST, DELAYED & DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur outside of our control. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact That Girl Luxury with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged item(s) so we can review the issue and assist you.
